Bringing the flute in the interlude with the strings getting plucked delivers an extra punch. Kanjira, touching lyrics and the piano are a vintage Anirudh melody. The only cinematic song of the album leaving out the independent musician in Anirudh to rest for a while, this Shweta Mohan number readily infects us with love and care. The sudden change in the interlude shows Anirudh’s capacity before the song again jumps into same pattern. Spaced out rhythms in the beginning of the song before the 4/4 comes is the only variety. Sounding like the one from UK top 100, the guitars hold the core of the tune.
